Midwestern School of Divinity

Program Overview

The Diploma in Liturgical and Sacramental Theology offers a profound exploration of the theology, history, and practice of Christian worship through the lens of the Anglican and Afro-Episcopal tradition.

This six-course diploma program provides both academic and spiritual formation, guiding students into a deeper understanding of Word and Sacrament, the heart of the Church’s worship and ministry. Rooted in the catholic and apostolic heritage of the faith, this program emphasizes the sacred balance of Scripture, Tradition, and Reason, while celebrating the rich liturgical expressions of the African and global diaspora.
